The generous-sized ensuite was a standout, complete with a full tub where we could relax while enjoying sweeping views of the city skyline.
The room was thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a spacious workspace desk, and blackout drapes for a restful night’s sleep. The 24/7 room service was a welcome convenience, offering delicious meals at any hour. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, the accommodations provide a restful and indulgent retreat.

From the moment you enter, it’s a sensory feast. The bar is adorned with luxurious Italian marble, complemented by a striking metal light feature that wraps around the bar structure. Rich velvet banquettes, French oak flooring with intricate metal-etched motifs, and an opulent ambience transport you back to the golden age of travel and indulgence.
The innovative cocktail menu, curated by Australia’s award-winning mixologist Brendon Hill, takes patrons on a journey through time and continents. Each creation is crafted with storytelling in mind, and we couldn’t resist trying the Alaskan Wilderness – a concoction of Aether vodka, St Germain, triple sec, red berry syrup, cranberry, and prosecco. Served for two, it was as enchanting as its name, evoking the magic of snow-capped mountains and the northern lights. Brooksy Bar is a destination in itself, blending opulence and creativity with every sip.
The food offerings are just as impressive, showcasing bold flavors and elegant presentation. We sampled the fluffy focaccia with smoked salt, delicate yuzu scallops topped with salmon roe and wasabi ponzu, tequila-cured salmon pani poori and the rich wagyu beef tartare paired with crispy baguette and anchovies. Each dish was a culinary delight, seamlessly blending creativity and indulgence.
