Summer is here meaning it's time to hit the outdoors with junks, beaches and swimming. The iconic aqua luna of Aqua Restaurant Group is launching its indulgent Afternoon Tea at Sea, bringing Dim Sum Library’s delicacies out into open waters.

Sail the seas and tuck into Dim Sum Library's finest creations including sweet treats, classic scones, bubbles and more. Highlight dishes include Black truffle har gau, Black garlic siumai pork dumpling, Wagyu beef puff with black pepper, Burrata cheesecake and Opera chocolate cake.

The 10-dish high tea menu is available every Friday and Sunday and is priced at HK$798 for two people.

On the menu:

  • Black truffle har gau – shrimp dumpling 黑松露蝦餃

  • Black garlic siu mai pork dumpling 黑蒜燒賣

  • Wagyu beef puff with black pepper 黑椒和牛酥

  • Classic egg tart 懷舊酥皮蛋撻

  • Burrata cheese cake 意大利布袋芝士蛋糕

  • Lemon tartlet 檸檬小撻

  • Macaron 馬卡龍

  • Opera chocolate cake 歌劇蛋糕
