Accommodation

Our stay at Hotel Morris left a lasting impression from check-in to check-out. The staff was attentive and ensured a warm welcome and seamless service throughout. As one of Australia's pioneering Accor Handwritten Collection hotels, Hotel Morris embodies unique and bespoke hospitality, making our stay truly memorable. Our Grande room located on the top floor, featured a luxurious king-sized bed, the comfiest pillows and indulgent IIUVO Soigné bathroom amenities. The inviting decor, an evocative fusion of New York and Italian Renaissance art deco, added an air of sophistication to our experience.

Dining

For dining, look no further than Bar Morris located on the ground floor of the hotel, offering an exceptional dining experience, featuring iconic red chandeliers and a striking marble bar. The menu showcases reinvented Italian classics, with standout dishes including conchiglie with ox tail ragu, kingfish crudo, and flank steak paired with their house special Cafe de Morris butter, crafted with salmoriglio, an ancient Italian sauce.

During our stay amidst Vivid, we delighted in themed cocktails such as the Rose-Coloured Lens, boasting delightful hints of watermelon and balanced with Aperol. They are also currently running Piccolo Hour from 3:30pm to 5:30pm daily, providing an oasis to relax and unwin(e)d after a long day, with a range of wines, cocktails and nibbles on offer.

At breakfast, there is an abundance of warm pastries, yoghurt and fresh fruit to choose from. Guests can also choose from a tempting à la carte menu, featuring classic breakfast dishes like the Morris smashed avocado and eggs and toast, which you can pair with a barista-made coffee showcasing specialty beans from Industry Beans.

Overview

Hotel Morris offers a luxurious retreat in the heart of Sydney, blending prime location, stylish accommodation, and exceptional dining experiences. From the intimate elegance of Bar Morris to the comfort of the luxurious rooms, every aspect of our stay exudes comfort and sophistication. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, indulge in a bespoke stay within easy reach of the city's attractions.
