Cantina

In Central's historical Tai Kwun, next door to sister restaurant The Chinese Library, Aqua Restaurant Group launches the cool and modern Italian restaurant Cantina, which will focus on simple and flavoursome ingredients, seasonally inspired dishes, and reinvented Italian classics.
