Shady Acres
A new season calls for a new seasonal menu, and Executive Chef Andy Mast unveils an exciting selection of new dishes that celebrate the arriving summertime. With a bespoke menu designed by local artist Shuilam Wong, this new menu of Shady Acres brings an elegant twist in modern recipes. From delicious bites like breaded Jumbo Popcorn Shrimps and Chicken and Leek Croquettes to heartier favourites like the Orecchiette Pasta with Pecorino, there's always something for all types of diners available. An exciting international kitchen takeover is also happening at Shady's for two nights only 11th-12th July with Yaya, one of Shanghai's hottest pasta bars, bringing their signature fusion dishes like their Mapo Tofu Lasagne and Xinjiang Lamb Ragu Tagliatelle to soho! Shady Acres is a walk-in restaurant but will take bookings for the Yaya x Shady Acres takeover pop-up.

With the arrival of new Head Chef Choi Ming Fai, MORA invites you to a new tasting menu, Character of Soy, that celebrates the significance of the ingredient in Asian cuisine. Receiving its first Michelin star, Estro is welcoming its success with new seasonal menus that celebrates Chef Antimo Maria Merone's Neapolitan roots. Guests have the options of either the 'Essentials' 6-course tasting menu, or the 'Extended' 8-course tasting menu for a full experience. Some highlights are the Hokkaido scallops topped with Amalfi lemon compote; homemade squid ink scialatelli pasta cooked in squid and leek broth; and the iconic mussels Gemmima.
