An ice cream cocktail may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of cocktail recipes, but with something so sweet and treat-worthy, who would say no? Luxury Swiss ice cream brand MÖVENPICK has partnered up with Hong Kong brand Perfume Trees Gin, to deliver a delicious, thirst-quenching cocktail recipe for avid drinkers. MÖVENPICK® Ice Cream x Perfume Trees Gin

Together, the partners have been making appearances with pop-up store locations across Hong Kong, promoting their new MÖVENPICK® Ice Cream x Perfume Trees Gin cocktail. The partnership is also showcasing Perfume Trees Gin Founder and award-winning mixologist Kit Cheung, to host cocktail-making demonstrations for customers.

Kit has been sharing his recipes including the Perfume Cotta, an original Mövenpick x Perfume Trees Gin cocktail. The delightful sweet aroma of the cocktail includes a creamy indulgence filled with gin, MÖVENPICK® Panna Cotta and Raspberry Ice Cream topped up with cream. Both brands share a commitment to impeccable craftsmanship and using only the finest ingredients.

The same goes for local brand Perfume Trees Gin. Founded by Kit Cheung and Joseph Cheung, the brand works closely with Hong Kong farmers and suppliers to find regional aromas and evocative botanicals which capture the spirit of the city.

To celebrate the debut of MÖVENPICK® Ice Cream x Perfume Trees Gin cocktail on the MÖVENPICK® Ice Cream Pop-up store menu, a flash roadshow at a selected MÖVENPICK® Ice Cream Pop-up store this August will serve cocktails. The roadshow will be held for one hour.

Make the Perfume Cotta at home.

Recipe:

1. 1 scoop of MÖVENPICK® Panna Cotta Ice Cream

2. 10mL Perfume Trees Gin

3. 10mL Italicus liqueur

4. 5mL Lemon juice

5. Original Perfume Trees Gin & Hazelnut infused cream

6. Edible flower garnish

7. Chocolate sprinkle
