The Perfume Trees Gin process
The same goes for local brand Perfume Trees Gin. Founded by Kit Cheung and Joseph Cheung, the brand works closely with Hong Kong farmers and suppliers to find regional aromas and evocative botanicals which capture the spirit of the city.
“We started Perfume Trees Gin to make Hong Kong’s first-ever gin to capture the fusion of the city’s cultures. We are excited to partner with MÖVENPICK® Ice Cream to create truly unique and premium cocktail and ice cream pairings to enjoy,”—Kit Cheung, main founder of Perfume Trees Gin.
