Farm village roots
Originating on a quiet farm village on Lantau Island, Natural Plus is inspired by its surroundings. Having grown up with weekend activities on the farm, founder Kennie Siu harnesses the powers of nature in the brand's offerings. Hong Kong's tranquil outdoors makes the perfect backdrop for holistic healing.

100% natural & nutritionist formulated
Founder Kennie Siu is a Nutritionist from the UK, who now lectures Nutrition in Hong Kong. Siu understands that natural remedies should be based on nutritional science, so she started looking at how nutrients in our natural fruit and vegetables could be unlocked through the fermentation process. It's these rich plant-based nutritional essence, including probiotics, plant enzymes and antioxidants, vitamins and minerals etc, that Natural Plus uses to design nourishing and functional diet programme for clients.

It compromises a body composition assessment and analysis, personalised nutritional solution and follow-up, a daily tailor-made Enzyme Drink together with an assisted 5:2 intermittent diet, and a personalised menu planning with nutritious, nourishing recipes. - There are three diet plans to choose from to begin your Enzyme Nutrition journey, starting with a 1:1 nutrition consultation with their certified Nutritionist at their new office location in Admiralty.
For those looking to fully immerse in nutrition haven, Natural Plus also occasionally holds the Detox and Rejuvenation Retreat which takes place on the serene Lantau island in Hong Kong. One can expect a specially formulated gourmet menu by the Nutritionist expert and drinks with a focus on enzyme nutrition. Clients will also get to make their own and take home Natural Plus Fermented Roselle Fruit Jam, sourcing directly from the onsite eco-farm.
