BRISBANE
If you’re travelling to Brisbane with a group — or simply enjoy the luxury of space — the three-bedroom apartment at Oaks Brisbane Aurora Suites is a hard one to beat. Towering above Queen Street, the 67-storey property combines the ease of hotel living with the convenience of a fully equipped apartment, all in a location that makes getting around the city effortless.

Location
The hotel’s location is one of its biggest assets. Tucked into Brisbane’s CBD and just a five-minute walk to Eagle Street Pier, it’s within arm’s reach of riverfront dining, major shopping streets, and the CityCat ferry.

Whether we were heading to South Bank, grabbing breakfast nearby, or taking evening strolls by the river, everything felt incredibly walkable.

Accommodation
We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, and the size immediately impressed us — 150 square metres of living space meant no one felt cramped. The layout includes a full kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a generous living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light during the day, and the balcony views over the river and skyline made sunset drinks a daily ritual.
Each bedroom had either king or split single beds, which made sleeping arrangements flexible. It felt more like a serviced residence than a hotel — great for families or small groups wanting to spend more than a night or two in the city. Streaming-ready TVs and fast Wi-Fi meant everyone could wind down their own way after a day out.
Prices start at around HKD 2,500 per night for the three-bedroom, which feels fair considering the space, views, and central location, especially when split between multiple guests. For smaller groups, the one or two-bedroom apartments also offer ample space with good amenities.

Dining
There’s no onsite restaurant, but you won’t miss it. Oaks partners with Menulog for in-room dining, and Brisbane’s food scene is right at your doorstep. From hole-in-the-wall breakfast cafés to polished riverside dining, we never had to look far for a good meal. The fully equipped kitchen also meant we could cook if we felt like staying in — especially handy with kids or when you just want a quiet night. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym.

Overview
Oaks Brisbane Aurora Suites doesn’t try to be flashy — and that’s part of its charm. Instead, it offers clean, spacious, and incredibly well-located suites that make you feel at home. The three-bedroom apartment is especially ideal for a group, blending comfort and convenience with skyline views that reminded us we were right in the heart of the action.
