Chet Lo | Modern Antiquity

Known for his signature spiked textures and hyper-futuristic aesthetic, Chet Lo looked to the past for his AW25 collection. "Modern Antiquity" saw the designer fuse historical references with futuristic materials, creating pieces that felt both nostalgic and ahead of their time. The collection struck a balance between bold structure and fluid movement, a reminder that Lo’s vision remains as innovative as ever.

Di Petsa | Reflections of Desire

Dimitra Petsa continued her exploration of sensuality, mythology, and the reclamation of the female gaze with her latest collection. Famous for her ‘wet-look’ dresses, Petsa’s AW25 pieces pushed that concept further, using draped fabrics and sheer textures to create garments that seemed to emerge from water itself. The show was intimate and poetic, a reflection on how women are perceived and how they reclaim that gaze.

Grete Henriette | Ethereal Debut

Making her London Fashion Week debut, Grete Henriette transported audiences into a dreamlike realm with designs that evoked celestial beauty. Her intricate use of crochet, beading, and layered draping lent the collection an almost mythical quality, reinforcing her ability to tell a story through texture and detail.

Talia Byre | Modern Heritage

Talia Byre continues to champion timeless, sensual fashion, with pieces inspired by family heirlooms and personal history. Each garment exuded a sense of intimacy and nostalgia, offering a contemporary take on classic silhouettes designed to be cherished and reimagined over time.

BLOKE | Craftsmanship Meets Culture

Faith Oluwajimi’s brand BLOKE celebrated Nigerian heritage through texture and bold patterns, seamlessly blending handcrafted knitwear with modern tailoring. The collection was a statement on heritage and self-expression, showing how traditional craftsmanship can be transformed into something uniquely modern.

Mithridate | Avant-Garde Artistry

Mithridate presented one of the most visually striking collections of the week, using unexpected materials, bold colours, and unconventional silhouettes to push the boundaries of wearability. The brand’s experimental approach stood out as a testament to fashion as a form of artistic rebellion.

London Fashion Week has long been a stage for rising talent, and AW25 reaffirmed that the next generation is fearless, unapologetic, and redefining fashion on their own terms. From Chet Lo’s textured futurism to Di Petsa’s evocative storytelling, these collections weren’t just about the clothes—they were about new ways of seeing and thinking about fashion itself. The future of fashion is here, and it’s more daring, experimental, and thought-provoking than ever.
