Food recommendations:

  • Menu revamped monthly based on Kyoto tradition – seasonal omakase menu (HK$2,500)

  • Uni-dokku, Hokkaido sea urchin and sushi rice, seaweed wrapped in hot dog shape

  • Moon Viewing Hassun – appeared as an artpiece of the season with several bites– Tiger Prawn Chrysanthemum Sushi, Nagatsuki Taro Yokan, Salmon Roe in Sudachi, Pike conger Roe, Soy Beans

  • Pike conger and Matsutake mushroom soup bowl, with yuzu sprinkles

  • Bonito tataki sashimi with rockweed, myoga ginge, adorned with Japanese mustard and Kawachi Bankan citrus vinegar
