Top 5 Oat Milk Drink Recipes From OATSIDE

INTERVIEW

Over recent years, milk substitutes have become increasingly popular by consumer demand in cafes and drink kiosks. From oat, almond and soy to coconut or hazelnut, we now have a wealth of delicious options to choose from in lieu of cow's milk.

Besides their health benefits, non-dairy milk is also said to support the environment, with oat milk hailed as possibly the ultimate choice.

In 2022, OATSIDE founder Benedict Lim had a vision to promote these benefits with his brand. He aims to elevate Asia's plant-based milk market by focusing on refining all aspects of OATSIDE products. From high-quality and Rainforest-Alliance-certified ingredients to Forest Stewardship Council-certified recyclable paperboard packaging, the brand is here for the long run.

Not only is oat milk frothy like cow's milk; it requires the least amount of water than any other milk alternative, 90% less land, and produces 70% less amount of greenhouse gas emission than cow's milk production. Lastly, oat milk tastes incredibly delicious.
